The City of Fort St. John and local employers have struggled to recruit qualified professionals to our region. The City, in collaboration with a number of local businesses and organizations, moved forward to create a series of recruitment material called Move Up Here. This recruitment marketing campaign provides local employers with visually appealing materials and resources to assist in promoting Fort St. John as a great place to work, live, and play by highlighting and celebrating the community.
Promotional pieces including a brochure, banner stands, videos, and imagery to attract potential employees to ‘Move up Here’. Also, there is an ever-expanding collection of complimentary giveaway items. The entire suite of materials are utilized by the City in recruitment efforts and available, free of charge, to any business or organization in the region that seeking assistance in recruiting efforts.
