Opportunity Salt Spring
2019
Opportunity Salt Spring launched a Rural Business Accelerator (RBA) in 2017-2018, helping 25 local entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Sectors included, food & beverage, green services, crafts & lifestyle. The first of its kind program provided mentoring, training and financing information.
Project Outcomes Include:
- The RBA has resulted in boosting local sectors and engaging businesses to strategically grow.
- The next phase of cultivating our entrepreneurial ecosystem is the launch of a green learning lab.
