VK Inside track is both a marketing strategy and campaign grounded in thorough market research that is targeting real estate developers in Vancouver. The goal of the program is to reduce the pre-development risk for developers by supplying their researchers with extensive data that will encourage more thorough research in the Kamloops market and ultimately to invest in new developments.
The campaign seeks to build greater understanding of the opportunities present in the Kamloops market for multifamily developments, in particular in the City centers. VK Inside track consists of detailed market knowledge, specific correlation with City development priorities and site selection services which are marketed using digital advertising, marketing collateral, and sponsorship and membership in the Pacific Urban Development Institute.
